1. Check the mechanical parts:
Pushing device: Wear, deformation or jamming of parts such as push plate and push rod may cause poor discharge. Carefully check whether the connection parts of the push device are loose. If they are loose, tighten them; check whether the push plate is severely worn. Excessive wear will affect the contact area and thrust with the block, and should be replaced in time. In addition, check whether the push rod is bent or deformed. If so, it needs to be corrected or replaced to ensure that the push device can operate normally and push the block out smoothly.
Discharge port: Check whether the discharge port is blocked by foreign objects, such as metal debris, impurities, etc. Clean the blockages at the discharge port in time to ensure smooth passage. At the same time, check whether the size of the discharge port is appropriate. If the discharge port is deformed and reduced in size due to long-term use, it may hinder the smooth discharge of the briquette. The discharge port needs to be repaired or modified to restore it to its normal size.
2. Analyze material factors:
Material humidity: Excessive material humidity will increase viscosity, causing the briquette to easily adhere to the press box or the discharge port. For materials with high humidity, they can be properly dried before feeding to reduce the humidity of the material and improve the discharge situation.
Material characteristics: Different metal materials have different characteristics such as shape and hardness after compression. If the hardness of the material is uneven or the shape is irregular, it may also cause discharge difficulties. The pressing parameters can be adjusted according to the material characteristics, such as appropriately increasing the pressing pressure or adjusting the pressing time to make the briquette more compact and regular, so as to facilitate smooth discharge.
3. Adjust equipment parameters:
Pressure setting: If the pressing pressure is insufficient, the briquette is loose and easy to break and deform during the discharge process, resulting in poor discharge. According to the material situation, appropriately increase the pressing pressure to ensure that the briquette has sufficient strength and can be smoothly pushed out of the discharge port. However, be careful not to over-press the pressure to avoid damaging the equipment components.
Running speed: If the equipment runs too fast, the briquette may enter the discharging link before it is fully formed or compacted, resulting in difficulty in discharging. The running speed can be appropriately reduced to allow the material to be fully compressed and formed, improve the quality of the briquette, and improve the discharging effect.
Daily maintenance: Regularly maintain the Metal Baler, add lubricating oil to each moving part, reduce friction, and ensure smooth operation of the parts. At the same time, check whether the lubrication system of the equipment is working properly. If there is a problem, repair it in time to avoid wear of parts due to poor lubrication, which will affect the discharging.
