1. Blade selection and configuration
Based on the characteristics of the material, blades of different materials, shapes and blade designs are selected. For materials with high hardness, hard blades such as high chromium alloy are used, which are wear-resistant and can withstand large shear forces; for materials with strong toughness, blades with special tooth shapes and sharp blades are equipped to facilitate cutting and tearing. By reasonably combining different blades, the adaptation to different shredding force requirements can be achieved.
2. Motor and reducer control
The speed is accurately adjusted by the variable frequency motor, and the speed directly affects the blade linear speed, thereby changing the shredding force. When the material is hard and needs to be shredded with great force, reduce the motor speed and increase the torque output; when the material is soft and easy to shred, increase the speed appropriately. Equipped with a reducer with adjustable transmission ratio, it works in conjunction with the motor. According to the actual working conditions, flexibly switch the reducer transmission ratio to further optimize the output torque and achieve fine control of the shredding force.
3. Intelligent control system
Install advanced sensors to monitor motor current, torque and other parameters in real time. These parameters can reflect the equipment load and the difficulty of material shredding. The control system automatically adjusts the motor speed and torque output based on the sensor feedback data to maintain a stable shredding force. In the event of a sudden change in material hardness, the system responds quickly to increase or decrease the force to ensure a stable shredding effect. The operator can also manually set the shredding force parameters through the human-machine interface of the control system, and the system accurately controls the operation of the equipment accordingly.
4. Feeding system adjustment

Control the amount of material accumulation in the shredding chamber and the time of force applied by adjusting the feeding speed. Slow feeding, less material, concentrated force applied by the blade, strong shredding force; fast feeding, more material, dispersed force, relatively reduced shredding force. Use a variable-speed conveyor belt or adjust the opening of the feed hopper valve to accurately control the feed speed, and coordinate with the overall shredding force control of the equipment to ensure accurate shredding force adjustment under different working conditions.
