1. Equipment cleaning
After each operation, the residual materials outside and inside the equipment should be cleaned in time. Use compressed air to blow away the dust and debris on the body, feed port, and discharge port to prevent material accumulation and corrosion of the equipment. For materials that are not easy to clean, use a soft cloth with a neutral detergent to wipe. The internal cavity can be opened regularly to clean the door and remove the material residues attached to the blade, knife shaft and the inner wall of the box to avoid long-term retention of materials affecting the stability of equipment operation.
2. Blade maintenance
Check the wear of the blade. If the blade edge is found to be worn, notched or deformed, it needs to be repaired or replaced in time. Lubricate the blade regularly and apply an appropriate amount of high-temperature grease to the blade connection to reduce the friction resistance of the blade during operation and reduce the degree of wear, which also helps to improve the shredding efficiency. In addition, keep the blade installation part tight to prevent the blade from loosening during high-speed operation and causing equipment failure.
3. Transmission component maintenance
The transmission chain, belt, gear and other components should be checked for tension regularly. If the chain is too loose, it is easy to jump teeth, and if it is too tight, it will accelerate wear. It can be adjusted by adjusting the chain tensioner. If the belt is loose, aged or worn, it should be replaced in time to ensure stable power transmission. For gears, gear oil should be added regularly to ensure good lubrication and reduce wear between gears. If abnormal noise is heard during operation, check whether the gear is faulty in time.
4. Lubrication system inspection
Check the lubrication of each lubrication point of the equipment to ensure that the lubricating oil is sufficient and the oil circuit is unobstructed. Regularly replace the lubricating oil of the reducer, bearing and other parts. Generally, according to the frequency of use of the equipment, it is replaced after a certain period of operation or a certain period of work. Using high-quality lubricating oil that meets the requirements of the equipment can effectively reduce the friction between mechanical parts, extend the service life of the equipment, and improve the operating efficiency of the equipment.
5. Electrical system maintenance

Check whether the electrical components in the electrical control cabinet are loose, burnt or damp, and clean the internal dust regularly. Ensure that the motor wiring is firm to prevent the motor from running in phase loss due to loose wiring and damaging the equipment. At the same time, check the insulation performance of the motor to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
