1. Structured Installation, Not Overly Complex
- Installation is not highly complicated when proper site preparation and technical support are arranged.
- Machine usually delivered partially assembled.
- Main work: positioning, anchoring, connecting hydraulic and electrical systems, and commissioning the automatic cycle.
2. Foundation & Site Preparation Are Essential
- Place on a flat, reinforced concrete floor that can support machine weight, scrap load, and dynamic vibration.
- Reserve sufficient space for feeding, bale discharge, maintenance, and safe operation.
- If the ground is not strong enough, prepare a reinforced foundation before delivery.
3. Mechanical, Hydraulic & Electrical Connection
- After positioning, level and anchor the machine to the floor to prevent movement during compression and shearing.
- Hydraulic piping, oil level, electrical wiring, grounding, and safety devices should be checked by qualified technicians.
- For export projects, confirm voltage, frequency, and CE‑related documentation in advance.
4. Commissioning & After‑Sales Support
- Final commissioning includes checking blade clearance, hydraulic pressure, PLC sequence, emergency stop function, and overload protection.
- For overseas customers, request installation manual, foundation drawing, commissioning checklist, and optional engineer guidance.
- With clear documentation, the HBS Scrap Steel Baler Shear can be installed and put into operation in a controlled and efficient way.
