1. Automatic Push Out by Hydraulic Cylinder
- Most common discharging method for the Y83 metal chip briquetting press.
- After chips are compressed into a briquette, the mold door or gate plate opens.
- Main ram or a dedicated discharge cylinder pushes the finished briquette out of the compression chamber.
- Widely used in vertical chip briquetting machines for aluminum, steel, cast iron, and copper chips.
2. Turn Out or Side Push Out Options
- Some Y83 models may use a turn‑out method, where the compression chamber tilts or turns to release the block.
- Others may adopt a side push‑out method, where a side cylinder pushes the briquette out horizontally.
- Exact method depends on whether the machine is a chip briquetting press or a larger scrap baling press.
3. Manual or Automatic Discharge Can Be Selected
- Can be operated in manual, semi‑automatic, or fully automatic mode.
- In automatic mode, PLC control system coordinates feeding, compression, door opening, and briquette discharge.
- For continuous production lines, a chain conveyor or discharge chute can be added to carry briquettes away from the machine.
4. Confirm Discharge Configuration Before Ordering
- For export customers, supplier should confirm whether the machine uses push‑out, turn‑out, or side push‑out discharge.
- Buyers should also request PLC control description, hydraulic schematic, CE documentation, and spare parts list.
- Helps overseas customers choose the right discharge method for their workshop layout and automation level.
