Blade Condition: Verify secure installation, proper alignment, and check for wear/cracks

Blade Gap: Confirm adjustment matches material thickness requirements

Transmission Components: Inspect belts, chains, couplings for wear/breakage

Protective Guards: Ensure all are properly installed and undamaged

Hydraulic System (if applicable): Check oil level/quality, inspect for leaks

Fasteners: Verify all bolts/nuts are properly tightened

Power Connections
Check terminals for tightness/oxidation

Grounding
Verify reliable connection (≤4Ω)

Control Panel: Test all buttons/indicators for proper function

Emergency Stop: Must immediately cut power when pressed

Limit Switches: Test proper triggering response

Electrical Cabinet: Inspect for exposed wires, verify protective components

Complete all inspection items systematically before operation. Critical safety components (marked in red) require special attention. Never operate equipment until all safety checks are satisfactorily completed and any identified issues are properly addressed.
