The core operation of Semi Automatic Horizontal Baler can be divided into four main steps, each with clear instructions:
Manually put the material to be packaged into the feed port, without precise placement. The equipment feed port is designed to be wide, suitable for the random input of loose materials. There is no technical threshold for this step.
Press the "Compression" button on the control panel, and the equipment automatically completes the horizontal extrusion action - the push plate is pushed forward under hydraulic drive to compress the material to the preset density. No manual intervention is required during the process, and the compression end point is automatically controlled by the stroke switch to avoid excessive operation.
After compression is completed, the equipment automatically stops, and manual bundling is required at this time: pass the strapping belt through the belt threading slot reserved for the bag block, and complete the joint welding (plastic belt) or buckle fixing (steel belt) through manual or semi-automatic strapping machine. This step is the only link that requires manual and meticulous operation, but the strapping position is clearly marked, and a single strap can be fixed within 30 seconds after proficiency.
After bundling is completed, press the "Bag Out" button, the push plate automatically retreats and resets, the bag slides out under the action of gravity or auxiliary pushing device, and the whole cycle ends.
