1. Unable to start
First check whether the power supply is connected normally and whether the fuse is blown. If there is no problem with the power supply and fuse, check whether the start button and relay are damaged. If there is any damage, replace the corresponding parts in time.
2. Insufficient pressure
It may be insufficient hydraulic oil, oil pump failure or the overflow valve setting pressure is too low. First check the hydraulic oil level, and add it to the specified level if it is insufficient. If the level is normal, check whether the oil pump is working normally. If there is abnormal noise or no oil pumping, the oil pump needs to be repaired or replaced. At the same time, check the set pressure of the overflow valve and adjust the pressure appropriately according to the equipment requirements, but it should not exceed the specified range.
3. Insufficient density of the briquette
The reason may be that the pressing time is too short, the pressure is insufficient, or the mold is worn. Extend the pressing time and observe whether the density of the briquette improves. If it does not work, check the pressure system according to the above-mentioned troubleshooting method for insufficient pressure. If the pressure is normal, check whether the mold is severely worn. If so, repair or replace the mold in time to ensure the density and quality of the briquette.
4. Material jamming
It is usually because the feed port is blocked by foreign matter or the material size is too large. After stopping, cut off the power supply first, and then clean the foreign matter at the feed port. For materials that are too large in size, they should be crushed or cut first to meet the feeding requirements of the equipment. At the same time, check whether the pusher is operating normally, and repair it in time if there is any fault.
5. Oil leakage
Check whether the oil pipe connection is loose, and tighten the nut if it is loose. If the seal is aged or damaged, resulting in oil leakage, a new seal needs to be replaced. In addition, check whether the oil tank has cracks or sand holes, and if so, it needs to be repaired or replaced.
6. There is abnormal noise when the equipment is running
It may be due to wear of parts, insufficient lubrication or unstable installation of the equipment. Replace the worn parts, such as bearings, gears, etc. Add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to each lubrication point to ensure good lubrication of the equipment. Check the installation foundation of the equipment, adjust the equipment to a horizontal state, and ensure that the equipment is installed firmly.
When troubleshooting, you need to cut off the power supply first to ensure safe operation. If you encounter a complex fault, it is recommended that professional maintenance personnel perform maintenance to avoid causing greater losses.
