Pre-Operation Preparation
- Conduct a comprehensive inspection of all machine components including shredding blades, transmission systems, and safety guards.
- Verify sufficient lubrication of moving parts and normal function of electrical systems and control panels.
- Understand characteristics of waste tires (composition, condition) to adjust operation modes accordingly.
Formal Operation Procedure
- Start the machine following the specified sequence and allow it to run stably at idle speed before feeding.
- Feed waste tires orderly while controlling feeding speed to prevent overloading and material jams.
- Continuously monitor operational status for abnormal noises, vibrations, or temperature rises.
- Immediately stop the machine for inspection if any abnormalities are detected.
Safety Precautions
- Operators must wear appropriate protective equipment to prevent injuries from flying debris.
- Never insert hands or objects into feeding ports or processing chambers during operation.
- Ensure the work area has adequate ventilation to minimize dust and odor exposure.
Post-Operation Procedures
- Stop feeding first, then wait until all materials are completely processed before powering down.
- Thoroughly clean the machine, removing residual materials from the processing chamber and surrounding areas.
- Conduct final equipment inspection, document operation status, and perform necessary maintenance and lubrication.
