Electrical component detection: Check the contactor, relay, button, sensor and other electrical components one by one. For contactors and relays, observe whether the contacts are ablated or oxidized, and use a multimeter to check whether the contacts are on and off normally. Control system inspection: If the Metal Shear is equipped with a control system such as PLC, check whether the PLC's working status indicator is normal, read the PLC program through the programming software, check whether there is a fault code, and analyze the cause of the fault according to the code prompt. Check whether the communication line between the PLC and other electrical components is normal to ensure that the data transmission is accurate.
