Industrial Baler Packaging Strength Debugging
The packaging strength of Industrial Baler Machines needs to be debugged according to the steps to ensure that the strength is suitable for the material and the equipment operates stably.
Clear Target Strength
- Set benchmarks based on material type
- Different materials require different strength levels
Waste paper packaging: 50-80kN
Metal waste: 100-300kN
Always refer to equipment manual recommendations
Hydraulic System Debugging
- Locate pressure regulating valve (hydraulic pump/control valve group)
- Clockwise to increase pressure, counterclockwise to decrease
- Adjustment range should not exceed 5% each time
- Conduct no-load test after adjustment
Observe pressure gauge value - generally not more than 90% of rated pressure to avoid overpressure
Trial Packaging Verification
- Load standard amount of material for trial packaging
- Check package compactness
- Measure package density and compare with target
- Fine-tune gradually to meet standards
Too loose: Increase force
Too tight: Reduce force (may cause strapping breakage)
Waste paper target density: 300-500kg/m³
Check Linkage Components
- Confirm strapping is properly tightened
- Verify welding (heat-sealed models) or buckling (steel belt models) strength
- Ensure joint strength matches adjusted force
Stable Operation Test
- Perform 3-5 continuous packaging cycles
- Monitor pressure stability
- Check for abnormal noise or oil leakage
- Ensure no mechanical overload risk
Record Parameters
- Document final pressure value
- Record material type and packaging effect
- Create reference for future use
Include date, operator name, material batch, and any special observations for complete records
Always follow manufacturer's recommended procedures when adjusting equipment parameters. Never exceed maximum rated capacities and ensure all safety protocols are followed during debugging processes. Regular maintenance checks are essential after parameter adjustments.
