Equipment Operation Guide
Step-by-step instructions for safe and efficient machine operation
1
Preparing for Operation
- Arrange the material to be shredded and remove any foreign objects
- Clear any debris around the machine's feed port
- Prepare necessary protective equipment (non-slip gloves and goggles)
- Don protective equipment properly before commencing operations
2
Conducting Equipment Inspection
- Inspect the machine's exterior for damage or loose components
- Check that the blade gap meets material requirements
- Check hydraulic system oil level and electrical wiring connections
- Ensure all switches are functioning properly
3
Preparing for Material Loading
- Pile the arranged material in batches near the feed port
- Avoid excessive accumulation that could affect loading efficiency
- Control the amount of material loaded per time based on rated capacity
- Do not exceed the feed port's capacity to prevent blockage
4
Start the Machine and Monitor Operation
- Connect to main power and turn on the control switch
- Observe for any unusual sounds or alarms before starting main motor
- Feed material slowly into the feed port at a constant rate
- Monitor the process and immediately stop if jamming or unusual noises occur
5
Completing the Operation
- After shredding, allow machine to run briefly to discharge remaining material
- Turn off main motor and disconnect main power supply
- Clean material debris and wipe down machine components
- Inspect blades and protective cover for integrity
- Keep records of machine condition for next use
Important Safety Note
Always follow proper safety procedures when operating machinery. Never bypass safety features and ensure all operators are properly trained before using equipment.
