1. Daily Inspection & Cleaning
- After each shift, check cutting chamber, feed hopper, screen, and discharge area for residual material.
- Clean wrapped fibers, plastic films, and dust to prevent blockage and overheating.
- Inspect fasteners, safety guards, emergency stop buttons, and electrical connections.
- Listen for abnormal noise and monitor motor current during operation.
2. Cutting Tools & Screen Care
- Inspect movable knives, fixed knives, and screen regularly for wear, cracks, or loosening.
- If output size becomes uneven or motor load increases, check knife gap and blade condition.
- Replace worn knives and damaged screens in time.
- Follow correct tightening sequence and use suitable thread locking agents when replacing blades.
3. Lubrication & Transmission Maintenance
- Lubricate bearings, reducer, and other moving parts according to the manufacturer's manual.
- Check reducer oil level, bearing grease condition, and belt tension regularly.
- Replace reducer oil at the recommended running hours.
- Keep lubrication points clean and avoid mixing different grades of oil or grease.
4. Hydraulic, Electrical & Safety Checks
- Check hydraulic oil level, system pressure, and leakage for the pusher system.
- Inspect cables, control cabinet, sensors, and overload protection.
- Test reverse function and safety interlocks periodically.
- For export projects, provide a maintenance schedule, spare parts list, and CE‑related documentation to support after‑sales service.
