Raw Material Pretreatment and Preparation: Before starting the briquetting machine, the material needs to be pretreated to remove impurities and excess moisture. This prevents impurities from damaging the equipment or affecting the molding effect, while excessive moisture makes it difficult for the material to agglomerate. Simultaneously, the material is crushed into uniform particles to ensure balanced force during subsequent extrusion, laying the foundation for molding.
Power Transmission and Conversion: After the equipment starts, the driving force generated by the power unit is transmitted to the extrusion components through the transmission mechanism. The transmission mechanism optimizes the power conversion, ensuring the extrusion components receive continuous and stable pressure. This pressure needs to be sufficient to tightly bind the material particles, providing sufficient power support for subsequent shaping and ensuring a smooth and efficient extrusion process.
Mold Shaping and Densification: The pretreated material is conveyed into the molding mold cavity. The pressure applied by the extrusion components acts on the material, causing it to fully fill the space defined by the mold. Under pressure, the material particles are squeezed and rubbed against each other, forming adsorption and binding forces between molecules, gradually agglomerating into a block structure consistent with the shape of the mold. During continuous pressure application, the block structure continuously densifies, improving the strength and stability of the finished product.
Finished Product Separation and Output: After the material is shaped and reaches the required density within the mold, the separation mechanism gently separates the molded product from the mold, avoiding damage to the product's structure during separation. The finished product, separated from the mold, is guided by a conveyor and transported to a designated collection location, completing a single briquetting process. The equipment can then continuously repeat the above steps to achieve batch briquetting of materials.
