Tire Baler Startup Procedure
1. Comprehensive Inspection Before Starting
- Mechanical parts: Check for debris in compression chamber and push plate; ensure proper lubrication of transmission chain and gears
- Hydraulic system: Verify oil level is within standard range; check for leaks; bleed air from system
- Electrical and safety devices: Confirm secure power connections; test light curtain sensors and emergency stop buttons
2. No-load Test Run
- Connect power: Close main switch, start control box, verify display functions properly
- Low-speed operation: Run in "manual mode" for 5-10 minutes; monitor for abnormal noise/vibration
- Function test: Manually operate chamber door and push plate; verify hydraulic response
3. Load Debugging and Parameter Setting
- Parameter preset: Set compression pressure (10-25MPa) and stroke based on tire type
- First feeding trial: Process 3-5 tires; monitor oil temperature (≤70℃) and motor current
- Abnormal handling: Press emergency stop if issues occur; troubleshoot before restarting
4. Operation Record and Subsequent Observation
- Document initial operation parameters (pressure, temperature, time)
- Observe equipment for 1-2 hours before full production
Note: Always follow manufacturer's guidelines and wear appropriate PPE during operation. The first startup requires special attention to ensure long-term equipment reliability.
