1. Reduced output
Reason: It may be that the feed speed is uneven, resulting in material accumulation or material breakage in the crusher, affecting the crushing efficiency; it may also be that the crushing parts such as the hammer head and the blade are severely worn, and the crushing capacity is reduced; in addition, the screening device is blocked, so that qualified products cannot be discharged in time, which will also lead to reduced output.
Solution: Adjust the feeding device to ensure that the material is fed evenly and continuously; regularly check the crushing parts, and replace the hammer heads and blades that are severely worn in time; clean the screening device to ensure its normal operation.
2. Uneven crushing particle size of the material
Reason: The lining plate inside the crushing chamber is unevenly worn, which will cause inconsistent forces on the material during the crushing process; inaccurate installation position of the hammer head or blade will also lead to different material crushing effects; in addition, differences in the properties of the material itself, such as hardness and toughness, may also cause uneven crushing particle size.
Solution: Check the wear of the liner regularly, and replace or adjust it in time; reinstall the hammer or blade to ensure its accurate position; classify and process materials of different properties, or adjust the crushing process parameters.
3. Excessive vibration of the equipment
Reason: The foundation of the equipment is not installed firmly, which is easy to vibrate during operation; the rotor parts are unbalanced, which will cause greater centrifugal force when rotating, resulting in vibration; in addition, the uneven distribution of materials in the crushing chamber will also cause uneven force on the equipment and vibration.
Solution: Check the foundation of the equipment, strengthen the anchor bolts, and ensure that the equipment is firmly installed; perform dynamic balancing tests on the rotor, adjust or replace unbalanced parts; optimize the feeding method to make the material evenly distributed in the crushing chamber.
4. The bearing temperature is too high
Reason: Insufficient bearing lubrication or deterioration of grease will increase bearing friction and temperature; improper bearing installation, such as too small or too large clearance, will also affect the normal operation of the bearing and cause overheating; in addition, long-term high-load operation of the equipment will also increase the bearing temperature.
Solution: Check the bearing lubrication condition regularly, and replenish or replace grease in time; readjust the bearing installation clearance; arrange the equipment operation time reasonably to avoid long-term high-load operation.
