Comprehensively inspect machine fixation, ensuring the frame is securely connected to the ground
Check connection status of cutter shaft, cutters, and transmission components
Ensure cutters are firmly installed without deformation or damage
Verify cutter shaft rotates freely without jamming
Clean residual material and debris from feed inlet, shredding chamber, and discharge channel
Inspect seals at all machine joints for integrity to prevent material leakage

Focus on inspecting safety protection facilities including guardrails and safety doors
Confirm trigger-type safety interlock devices are functioning correctly
Test emergency stop button responsiveness to ensure quick power cutoff
Check operator work area is free of obstructions with clearly visible warning signs
Verify safety equipment such as protective gloves and goggles are complete and in good condition

Inspect electrical control system for damaged or aged wiring insulation
Check tight connections, clear control panel displays, and normal button response
Verify hydraulic system oil level and quality with no leaks
Ensure hydraulic lines are unobstructed and functioning properly
Test wiring of motors, pumps, and other power components for secure connections
Confirm reliable grounding protection to prevent short circuits or power failures
