Check the Overall Appearance of the Equipment
Inspect the machine body for any obvious deformation, bumps, or damage:
- Ensure all connections are secure, including frame-to-worktable connections
- Verify securing clips for protective covers are properly fastened
- Address any displaced or damaged components promptly
- Confirm structural integrity to prevent operational instability
Check the Condition of Core Working Components
Focus on components directly involved in the briquetting process:
- Inspect ram surface for wear, cracks, or foreign matter
- Verify mold cavity is clean and unobstructed
- Ensure feed channel is clear of aluminum chips or debris
- Confirm all components are intact and properly aligned
Verify the Condition of the Equipment's Lubrication System
Ensure proper lubrication to minimize frictional losses:
- Check oil level in lubricating oil tank is within specified range
- Verify oil is clear, free of deterioration and impurities
